dont know why some people just have to tight the drain bolt as if its a head bolt making the threads life shorter and some times giving us a hard time to open it
Yep that oldie one I have...there is a new one which has a scope built in but its for around 14k and I can get a oscilloscope in a better bang for my buck then spending that amount again...
When the jerks and jumps begin then its already too late to change the atf the oil which seems dirty contains the clutch and bearing pieces and when you put new oil its thin and clean which basically is going to wash the insides of the transmission and make those small jerks into big thuds while shifting and slippage rendering it useless..its better to live with it until it totally dies and then replace or overhaul the transmission and always flush those oil coolers in the car radiators and those mounted in front of it too if equipped...
mazda 6 is a strong car but its value breaks really fast and parts are not easily available if you can go for a lexus or a toyota it would be a much better option and later on you are sure to sell it off when you want to as toyotas and lexus goes very fast if price is fair
the difference between the agency and some genuine spare part sellers is the that they have made some contract with the agency that they will buy yearly parts of half or a full million in value and that way they get good discount from which they pass on some discount to us that way you get the price difference but be careful as some spare part guys put non original parts in original boxes and sell it at original parts price
no my friend this is not only caused by chinese gas
sometimes the bearings inside the compressor give up and break and sometimes the shaft itself goes and sometimes the pistons or the rotors scrap and make those magical powder which then kills the performance....
and i am replacing almost the complete system only the pipes and evaporator if not leak will be reused other things like the compressor condenser and the valve will be changed
@desertdude see these its of a corolla came in today for full overhaul see what I mean it had a jammed compressor and without opening it up told the guy he had to overhaul....
bhai mustang and blazers have orifice system a/c even with the condenser at its full capacity and compressor at its optimum pressure will come to 3 to -2c in the tvx system
and for that type of cooling you might have to put aditional heat exchanger at rear and toss in a additional condensor at front so the cabin temp will drop further down as the these are duct temp and cabin temperature further varies at 10 to 15c
In the old cars there wasn't this problem and even you could get compressor internal parts and the condenser and evaporator coil were serpentine system if it was blocked then easily you could find out and even could clean them
but as the newer model compressors and condenser have been produced they have made it from such light materials that if a bearing breaks and the piston or rotor hits compression chamber it scrapes tiny metal particles and those particles revolve around with the oil and gas around the system and gets back in to the compressor and damages it to such extent that there is no longer pressure produced from it making it useless...
Bhai your a/c is 10 to 6c at idle not like a brand new system but its that bad that its uncomfortable...
well a/c work is not like any other work in automotive system its totally different
there are a few pointers which if seen is better to replace the whole system as those multi flow condensers and evaps can not be cleaned with 100 % warranty and in a/c system you cant just throw parts until its up and running if any thing goes wrong here even if a mg of dirt there in the system the you will have to start again from beginning putting all parts new again and that my friend is gonna make hole two time in that pocket...
yes if its a matter of leak or condenser fan weak and compressor bearing making sound then its better to sort the leak and other issues first...
if its not fully broke then let it run till the time comes...
the only thing which can be reused again are those low side and high side pipes which also has to be cleaned rigorously and chemical vapor freed
just as you think that all the components have been removed by you and your helper now as you ready to pull the engine out a stupid tiny miny pipe is holding it in...
From past two days i m trying to post this latest news but finally i figured it out see this section is for the future of automotive well these valves are just samples but i think they working on solenoids to be used on heads to eliminate those timming belt and its components...its always good to be curious and open to ideas
