  1. For first question, you answered yourself a big NO. If you drive 12k/year and in 5 year you will go 60k which is covered in standard warranty anyways, so why waste money. For second question, answer is Dubai is better but i heard equal woes about Dubai and Sharjah so its all same. Go which is closer to you atleast in end you will have some benefit to feel about.
  2. Indeed dont drive if smell is too strong. Sniff around backseat center area little down carefully and if smell is strong there, then the fuel pump is leaking a bit. Get it fixed and dont drive please.
  3. Get the spark plugs checked may be due to extreme cold weather they freak out in morning as low as 12 degree. In night its closer to 20. Just my thought, no harm in checking though.
  4. Galadari guys sucks big time and they are cheap jokers. I like Saif thinking to save money to mod car every quarter. Real positive thinker
  5. lolololol. Welcome to the Mazda Dubai. You can get many garage in Al quoz and in shj on BM road. Nothing specific for Mazda, guy who work on Toyota and Nissan is fine with our cars. Explore both places and see which place you like more as per distance you can travel and trust (most imp). Price for normal maint in Dubai is 20% more than shj.
  6. front to back, and back to front while rotating cross rotate all four tyre, i.e front left will go to rear right and so on.
  7. No its not necessary, if its cracked or about to crack its better to change too.
  8. Check fuse, if not open the brake light from back and see if some loose connection or just bulb is blown. If both light isnt working, then it must be fuse or loose connection. If one then that bulb is blown.
  9. there is no need for any tools... the light is just clipped onto the bumper cover... push the light towards the front of the car and it should pop off... do not use upwards or downwards force as the light is just clipped on at the side....
  10. CX-7 and only 50k driven, timing belt shud be under warranty then. Ask for warranty details and let them fix free for you. If not, get to another mechanic and take second opinion too.
  11. get ur under car steam wash and apply rust proofing spray and grease the U joint, ball joint etc. Thats for future protection. For rough brakes, drive for few days and brake in small pressure often times and it will be fine. If its still there then you need to polish your brake disc, that might have got little rust or moisture.
  12. If its cracking or too aged it needs a change. Press the hose by yourself very hard when car is cold and see if you can see noticeable cracks.
  13. You shud pre warm the vehicle a bit before moving. If however its more than usual one look into spark plugs, may be one or two are getting weak with age.
