They are fairly easy to change. Make sure car is off and key is out of ignition. open the hood and access from behind of headlight and unscrew and pull the headlight clip out and twist the bulb out to change with new ones.
I doubt someone cleans it, as if its working fine exhaust actually clean itself by throwing black carbon outside. If mean for exhaust tip you can do the chrome polish, its metal you can use turpentine.
My 2001 S500 won't start if it is hot and Cranks very quickly which is followed by all dash lights come on.
there is no overheating, or any other identified problems.
the oil pressure, and all dash lights, etc. are doing good
