    I had this horrifying experience few years ago. I was very scared, but it turned out that the problem is not that bad. Of course, it is much cheaper to replace the brakes on time!

    Great list carnity drifter! I would stick to pieces made of hard plastic and metal. I've got old transmission and old plastic car parts beneath my car (they serve to protect the engine from water and dust. I didn't want to spend mony on new ones because these old ones were in a great shape.

    No, not every car model has this system, although it sounds like a very useful sensor. I believe that this will be part of the regular equipment in cars in the future.

    Yes you are neelam! The most important one is the engine oil. If you don't have enough oil you risk to ruin the entire engine. Coolant is also very important and needs to be checked frequently. brake fluids and transmissions fluids last for a long period of time.

    There are many ways to determine this and from my experience the first thing you will notice is the odd driving experience. The tires will look okay, but the driving is weird.

    I've heard only about ABS and I know that this is the best system out there. I didnt even know that there are other breaking systems. Do you have experience woth more than one of them?

    Lexus is my personal choice. This is one of the brands with gihest quality. I've never heard about someone having problems with their Lexus car.

    It's not about the fines (200 aed is not much). You are risking your own safety and other people's safety only to nswer your phone. You can do that when you are not driving. Nothing is more urgent than your personal safety.

    Alikhan I believe that garythomas was asking for modifications in the engine in order to get better performance. Or maybe I am wrong? Whatever you need visit a good mechanic shop.

    As Ethan said, washing cars outside is illegal in UAE. Even if you try to do it and the police doesn't notice you will certainly witness the disapproval from the poeple around you.

    Can you tell us the name of that auto repair shop? This is horrifying. I can't imagine being three weeks without my car especially if the problem is not very complicated.

    While I agree that Toyota is usually a better choice I must say that Hyundai models are getting better eveyr year. It is possible to get a car with the same performance and quality from Hyundai that is much cheaper than Toyota models.

    I would suggest one more thing. If the repair shop has used an automatic screw-nail tool to position the tires you should use some grease in this area because it is almost impossible to unscrew them on an open road manually.

    If your car is more than 5 years old then i believe that repainting is a good idea. You've got nothing to lose especially if you are using professional hlep to do that. I suggest choosing the same color or even nuance as the original color.

    If I am not wrong I believe that low profile tires are frequently used in sport cars. They look very attractive and they provide better speeds. However, they are more expensive than regular tires.

    Does anyone know which battery should I use for Audi TT? it seems that the standard type is different from the one supplied by the factory.
