I know what you guys are saying and i agree a hundred percent. Will ask for more details when I am back next time at Emirates Motor. I am just saying that if theres a problem, i will most certainly find it as well and can take the car along. But for false alarms, i'd like a short term solution. Anyone care to help?

Helloo I wanted to ask about something just out of curiosity. Everytime my enigne light is on i go in for repairs and the dealership fix the problems and then reset the light. The last time i took it in and they said that the signal was false and they reset the light. Now if it comes on again i dont want to waste my time going to the dealership since i have to leave work for a couple of hours. Anyway i can look into resetting it myself knowing that i just got my car serviced? Thanks

Well to be honest if you can use the OBD scanner tool and note down the codes, you can check your car's manual to know what kind of problem it might be. i have done that once since someone i know at a dealership looked up the codes for me for no charge at all. my problem wasnt the same as urs. Urs has something to do with the safety conditions of your car. show it to someone who can help.

i have seen all kinds of problems form into AC problems can be anything from the coolant to the refrigerant, electrical issues, leaks, etc. never heard about resetting the AC system. Good luck brother! Eid Mubarak btw

i own a new C 230 sport. The car just has 1600 miles on it and guess what happened when I recently tried to turn the key. All the warning lights came on and it did not start. Its just parked in the garage for so many days now. Once it did happen to start but the tranny locked out. I can't get any kind of movement out of it at all. Its been approx. three weeks now. After a couple of talks with reliable mechanics, I think its the command error. Will give the esp module a shot.

You will be able to find a connector for your display system in the markets. Make a trip to Sharaf DG and see if you can find a normal connector that will connect to the iphone and your merc. Since almost all syncs are done via the bluetooth you can also use the tricky option ... transfer all your contacts, etc on a phone with bluetooth on ... (maybe a smart phone) and then sync with your car. I tried to use the connector but my contacts didn't transfer so I used a friend's phone to transfer all my contacts easily. Works perfect.

Check engine light is on but i dont know what is wrong. I cant feel or see any difference in my CLC Mercedes.
