  1. with time and usage the rings get deteriorate so they need to be changed. they vary from car to car and driver to driver but in general they last a year or even 2.
  2. use original brakes and get them changed at a good workshop. thats all there is to it.
  3. changing the bushes may not my an expensive job but a tedious one so i suggest change them all as its time and labor consuming
  4. Try dynatrade, my both car goes to them now. They are good, professional and not bomb expensive.
  5. You should have switch to 4x4 first before entering the sand. And if sand is deep like you mentioned sand dune then you should also deflated the tire to 15 PSI from 30 PSI. Do this and you will enjoy your outlander. What must have happen is you entered with two wheel and w/o deflation and rear wheel already dug in to sand pit. Then if you stick 4x4 it wont help as already wheels is half inside the sand. Next time, in such situation you should have deflated the tire and gently rock (crawl at 1500 rpm) the car in first gear forward few inches, and then reverse gear backward few inches. Do this rocking for 5-10 times when you have stable flat path of 5 meters in front or reverse. Once you have this path ready, drive again till end of path and just before that flat path finishes give full throttle and keep steering turn right and left 45 degree as fast you can. You will gain momentum and get unstuck by yourself. Self recovery....!
  6. Did you get a check engine message. how do u know its the engine thats at fault. start with getting the code then you will know the problem
  7. Where do you get all this info from. You guys are too much.
  8. You can buy original one at 50% discounted rate in shj/dxb at divya auto parts 06 5326782 Also you can show your bumper at divya workshop behind their shop and they can advise if they can repair it or not.
  9. I think Petrol is far smoother and better, may be you guys are confuse. Have we started getting diesel engine Pajero in DUbai now????? Or you all discussing in general with import cars?
  10. Mitsubishi Nativa 2004 model in Dubai. My daily drive so far have done 82k km and going everyday with same pride as she walks out of assembly line.
  11. You can get same original one from used scrap shops near BMW road sharjah on maza signal. It wont cost more than 50-100 dhs and get it changed from any music system installation shop for 20-30 dhs.
  12. If battery change was done while key is in half position it must have blown a fuse or two when you connected the new battery terminals. Check the fuses and replace the blown one. Always change the battery switching off car completely and remove the keys from ignition with all doors unlocked. If you lock the car then again you will have door lock or anti theft issues.
  13. You are really genius in this custom fabrication ideas. Great job and Gold star for sharing it. I am sure Pajero owners who go sand offroading in Dubai will bless you.
