    Dont prick the washer hose...... Prick and clear washer jet holes on top of hood.

    Gear is always advisable to rebuild, that can be done in few thousand dhs depending on what all parts required for rebuild.

    You probably need to find out the custom and import duties in Germany first than the shipping cost. Shipping cost must be around 2500 USD but import and custom duty might be hefty, as in India its 200% on present value of car, to discourage people to drive imported cars.

    Not sure what u mean by gushing but do have a look at the radiator if the coolant level is correct.

    keep the dash clean all the time. Use a good quality Car shade and if possible when u park use a cloth to cover the dash and most imp. Polish the dash every month .

    If its wobbling in different speed bands like 80-100 it wobbles, then 100-120 it doesnt and then again 120 - 140 it wobbles. This is completely because tires aren't balanced. Get your tire balance and it will be fine. If rattling in engine what you say is precisely rattling sound of something is vibrating in the engine, then better seek a mechanic help sooner than later. I doubt it could be some loose belt pulley which is making noise only on high rpm = high speed, or something else mechanic can only comment by seeing it or hearing it in person.

    Have you checked the brake fluid level and engine oil level if it is up to the mark?

    My suspicion goes to faulty voltage regulator. Regulator is fixed into the alternator and when it fails it cannot regulate the correct amount of volts being put out by the alternator which then blows the fuse.

    Remove the tank and empty it.fill the tank with fuel tank cleaner which you can get it from the spare parts shop. the cleaner will have instructions which you can follow. Depending on the size of your tank, you may need more or less cleaner and as a tip dilute one part of water if you are adding 2 part of the cleaner. this is advised by the spare parts guy. Rust and other sediments attached to the walls of the gas tank will start getting softer and mixing into the solution dain out the solution where you will see the rust and sediments coming out. Repeat this as required till you can see clean solution dispersing from the tank.Give it time for the tank to dry out aprox 48 hrs.When completely dry install the tank.

    Misfiring of your car is caused a faulty catalytic converter. Replace the coil pack and spark plugs.
