Apart from being funny looks, it also appears to have high center of gravity making easier to topple on speed turns as its on three wheels. Better option would have been to have 2 wheels at back and single in front to make it more stable.

Your mud flap is rubbing or some other under body part close to front right wheel is rubbing the wheel while turning. Take to any mechanic they will fix it in 10mins.
It looks compressor or some other elcetrical part in AC system is dying when getting little hot and switch off the compressor. Seek a proper AC technician instead changing any part, may be due to age some electrical part or wires are getting weak and shut off on heat up.
Check ur brake fluid container in the engine bay area. If its not full, please top up with DOT3 brake fluid.
If its full or after filling still problem persists, see mechanic and ask him to check brake piston / booster it seems they are dying as per age.
P.S. Leakage of brake fluid is damn dangerous as it can cause fire if it drips on hot manifold, so attend that leak ASAP.
