Guy who install spark plu and coil , must have removed the battery and then plug back the terminal w/o tightening them. Go and check im more than sure you can move battery terminal by ur hand. Bolt them nicely and tight them full.

Clean air filter, it must be choking and facing difficult in supply fuel mixture. You can do it yourself in any eppco emarat and loan the air pressure gun from guys to clean it.

Check if its hose or pump. Both are repairable and not very long job.
