it was the radiator leaking and that was the second mechanic who said this so fixed it.

there was a leak below my car, when checking i found that the leak was from timing belt housing but not sure how to get it repaired so i went to the mechanic and he said that the timing belt needs to be changed now what dose a belt have to do with the leak was out of my head need a second opinion please
