How much is this to be fitted and can it be painted in any colour??? Or Black only. Did you design the skid plate also. Or is this available off the shelf????

Has anyone had any experience with The new toyota Extreme models. Fj, Hilux or Landcruiser. I bought myself an Extreme Fj cruiser. The ride is unbelievable harsh on road. And in the dunes it's almost useless. It bottoms out if i go too fast. Digs in far too easily if i slow down. I went back to the showroom to see if this was right and i found some very interesting facts about the Fj and other Extreme models. The fit and finish on them is really bad. On the Extreme landcruisers outside the showroom door. The Sidesteps are rusting after only a few months. The Wheel nuts look like they are 20yrs old. Not 6months. The Overfenders have huge cracks on them, behind the grill is some sort of quick release that has totally rusted and looks awful. Surely Toyota are not allowing these models to be sold to the general public, I was shocked to see them on the forecourt for sale. The Hilux has such big tyre's that the Speedo is out by almost 20kmp/h in some cases. What research did Toyota or there partners do with these cars. I've been modifying cars since i could drive and can do a better job than Toyota a multinational corporation. The Extreme FJ was not worth the almost 2months wait. Sorry for ranting but i really am disappointed in the car that i thought was going to be worth an additional sticker price and a 2months wait. Carfan876
