few months ago i did get the bushes changed but now when i am getting My car serviced the mechanic says i have to get them changed again. I dont know why?

having two of the front bushes changed last year the mechanic said the rear ones are as good as new and will last 2 years so no need to change them so i go to him yesterday to get the spark plugs changed and now he says they need to be changed. How do
