I have to say that i agree that a aging car can give out a lot off expenses specially now that the major parts may need to be changed. Why dont you take your car to AAA service guys and ask their opinion.

a computer check will be the right place to start from.

its a very difficult to hamper with meter. check with the car dealer.

belt clamper may be jammed it may need so lubrication and cleaning or else the clamper should be changed.

Looks like coil is due for changing and thats why its misfiring. Also check the HT leads. It shud be done under 1000 aed.

Check for some uneven wear on tyre, or else check all 4 wheel bearing, may be one of them is loose and resulting in wobbling.
