i had to get my windows checked once and i stayed around for the guys to do it in front of me. Seemed to be a little scary process. You need to pull out the control panel of your windows and locks from the door panel with a flat head screw driver and access some screws behind the control panel for the inside handle and screw them out. Gives you access to the wiring and other relevant things on the door.
