Fixing a USB player by removing cassete player

Thank you both of you my idea is just to change the cassette player if any hopes pl let me know -
My car is Altima 2008 i eould like to remove cassette player to fix a USB player to get use of existing speakers in music system. Is it possible ??!! Usb player is availsble? note- am not intersted to use FM adaptor as i get disturbance
