It's my first post here.
I have a '12 JGC and recently had to replace the BCM and the alternator, went to a local garage and they used spare parts. Now when using the scanner the car's and BCM's VIN numbers don't match and I've been told this might be an issue when I'll sell the car (and also the agency won't work on the car even for regular services); has anyone here had a similar experience, or would you know where I could go to get the current BCM flashed in order to have matching VIN numbers?
