  1. Thanks @Luca Palanca Falsini and the senior drivers for an amazing drive this morning, really enjoyed the route we took and even had to wait at a ‘camel crossing’! As always, good to see old faces and new out there. See you all soon!
  2. Thanks everyone, I have so far loved every minute in the desert, learning all the time and meeting some great people! My only regret is that it took me 13 years of living here to get around to it, but better late than never I guess!
  3. Great report @Wrangeld Richard and great to be a part of one of your drives again. Good to drive with some familiar faces and meeting some new ones too, including fellow Raptor and instagrammer @Watteau Alex keeping things going in the Centre. What a bonus seeing those beautifully colored parrots, awesome creatures! Thanks to the support team and a pleasure to meet @Arman for the first time. Hope everybody who had car issues before and during the drive manage to get them sorted in time for the weekend coming! As for the ‘stuck’, I preferred to call it a minor refusal See you all soon.
  4. Congratulations @Foxtrot Oscar Angela, was great to meet you and be part of your promotion drive! See you again soon!
  5. Thanks @Fredericand @Wrangeldfor a great drive this morning, you allowed us to get on with it but were there with advice if required. It was my first time driving in that area and definitely not my last! I did enjoy the Faya climb....next time from the front side 😁 cheers to the rest of the guys in the convoy too 👍🏼
  6. Thank you @Mehmet Volgafor that feedback and watching closely from behind! I really enjoyed the challenge on Friday and meeting you all. Thanks @Ale Vallecchi for the route and guidance. Hope to see you all again soon! R
  7. Hi @Ale Vallecchi will you post a google maps link for the meet point or advise what to put in the search so I don’t get lost! Thanks and looking forward to the drive!
  8. @Chaitanya D thanks for the report and the feedback. Definitely learnt a lot on Monday and looking forward to the next drive at the weekend! Cheers!
  9. Hi @Ale Vallecchi great thanks! Re: eyelets are these also known as Shackles? If so how many are required and what size please?
  10. Hi @Ale Vallecchi I have zero off-road experience. So far I have a deflator with guage and a compressor. Front and rear Hooks come standard on the car but I have no eyelets and as yet I also have no flag. Are these show stoppers for Friday as I’m not sure I will have a chance to visit a shop between now and then! Cheers, Russ
