What Saleem mentioned, check that and if it still don't open electronically check the fuse box for blown out fuse. There is nothing else clicking that trunk tiny lock other then these two issues. Good luck.

have you checked the alternator that charges the battery. If that is good that check the fuel pump if its working well. If the car is not working then its not always the battery. -
sensor is faulty in my assumption. better get it checked.
