having to change spark plugs the car was good to go now a new problem has come up where the can is not picking up from 0 to 1000 rmp smoothly. the car makes a little effort. what can this be now

i have an Audi A5 and its a good car which has never given me any problems till today morning when My Audi S5 took 5 to 7 self to start in the morning. This is the first time that i have faced a problem like this and i would like to get some first hand tip on what should i be doing now.
