I think those snail driver drives in fast lane to purposely block traffic as no matter how much you dip light or go close to them they don't move aside. Heights of being shameless.
Just witnessed one ancient white RAV4 shameless driver doing at 90 (in fast lane) on the road of 120 and whole line of 100 cars need to overtake this monkey from right side. What point these driver want to prove? What satisfaction they get by blocking 100's of car with a dinky RAV4 in a fast lane.
Authorities seriously need to action something for these cases.

This indeed seems to be a nice app, and I am surprise I have never heard it before from anyone around me.
People are really lazy and dependent on the Google Maps. lol.
