    Thats a good initiative boys, why not lets build up more further and plan like a good event. Give at least a month notice on any given weekend and we can ask admin to send a mailer to all and make that drive topic sticky....! Whats say? Lets run a poll about place in this thread itself. And then firm up with at least 10 or more cars. 1) Dubai 2) Outside Dubai. Im in for both, lets see how many other vote for!

    due to heat and age the dash can get cracked if not cleaned and polished regularly also keep it covered so that direct heat is avoided.

    it can be that the catalytic converter may be clogged or the exhaust needs to be cleaned. get both the thing are to be checked and you will know what the problem is.

    the AC Blender is not working its a simple thing just change the blender and the AC will be good to go.

    Thanks everyone for your DIY and diagnostic advises. Otecmena: Can you please advise why its not advisable to clean the sensor, i was reading same in other places and it say that in little aged vehicle these issue appear due to sensor little lazy. Cleaning might help in my thinking Do you have any contact number of umm ramool guy?

    SInce last week i have experienced it twice, that my car is loosing little power for 3-4 seconds and again comes back. During those time throttle feels completely dead. When im accelerating on freeway and all of sudden speed drops as if i have left the gas. Is it a gas pedal issue, some engine issue or what? Any leads guys. Cheers.

    Are you hearing motor humming? If yes something might be stuck on roof rail chanel. Inspect it closely. If cant hear motor, then that means fuse is blown or motor is dead itself.

    front of engine close to oil filler area. It sits on the side of the reluctor ring housing on the head. No. 9 below...

    If there is no fault recorded yet, that means there is some loose connection somewhere. Ask technician in AGMC to follow the SRS wiring and find that loose wire or hanging or dangling socket which freaks out. Shudnt be very difficult for them. It may be for you and me if we dont know which wires and where to check.

    I dont know what exactly u mean, Check in the owners manual for exact icon. It cud be coolant low light with waves underneath. It cud be ABS or stability control off with showing slippery surface.

    for such serious job, better goto agmc please. As its too technical and if fitted wrongly it can create lot of trouble and in some cases car wont even start. (im not scaring u im serious).

    Munich service center and X Service center is good at very reasonable charges than AGMC

    On left / right of fog light there is small sleek plate detailing panel, try fishing that out with the flat (minus) screw driver. This will have screws of fog lights in there, open them remove wire and fix new one.

    It may be having a cold plug issue. Change the spark plug and im sure it will be fine. Get OEM plugs only.

    Take it to Tony Edwards, they are very nice and professional with lower price tag as compare to AGMC.

    You should be able to turn off the traction control for the DSC while leaving the vehicle stabilization turned on. If you just press the DSC button once quickly it will turn off traction control. If you press and hold the DSC button for about 3 seconds it will completely disable the system. So it should still try and help you correct your rear end from coming around by applying brakes on individual wheels but not cut off your power. Driving sideways is fun!

    Plenty scraps and after market parts are there in shj in / near bmw road. Make a visit on saturday and im sure you will fix this with scrap hinges or door or buy bolt new hinges from parts dealer there.
