  1. I really doubt you can repair them good. Better change it if you intend to keep the car for long. Good luck.
  2. the air conditioning will blow cold air from the drivers side and warm from the passenger side if the charge is low so it might be an indication of low refrigerant charge, It is recommend that you test the low and high side pressures the ambient conditions (temperature and humidity) and compare them to the chart number that is available at the workshop.
  3. You must have over filled it when car was cool and at warmed up car coolant came out from overflow bottle. If not Then your car is overheating and water/coolant is boiling and spilling out of expansion bottle.
  4. If it is not OEM from AGMC stay away. You might have lot of issues in future.
  5. Do the following proper diagnostic to find the real culprit. Check all the air bladders for leaks or major small small cracks at the base of bladder. These ar bladder have a life of three years or 50k km at max. If you haven't change them please do so. As these minor invisible leaks makes most of the problem and vehicle keep getting leveled and inflated and then light throws up all the time. Also check the valve leaking (if any). Also check all sensors are reading fine with OBD II diagnostic tool.
