Most simple check for MAF is, remove the wiring connector behind MAF socket while car is running, if car stalls then MAF is fine and if car still keep on running after little hesitation then that means MAF isn't working fully. Btw dude, MAF is quite expensive.
If its not fully working, take the red can choke/carburetor cleaner and spray some inside the vacuum area from air filter compartment and let it sit for minutes and then start the car and give very slow rev and repeat the spray and when stalls wait again for 5 mins. Do this 2 cycle and you will see the change for sure.
