engine cooling fan stays on after car is off

If its few secs, its fine but if it stays on forever you must be looking at faulty relay in engine fuse compartment. -
You blower has two relay's one for small sped and one for hi speed. Check both relay's are fine and repace them in doubt. Its inside engine bay fuse box.

It may be a cold plug, that takes too long time to warm up.

my BMW Z4 is have a sensor issue every morning that when i start the car the tyre pressure sensor goes off and stays on for about a minute or so. how can i turn it off. thanks
