When applying R gear, i hear a cluck. Is somthing gone bad?

did u check the gear Oil if it is ok then there are teeth in gears and the R teeth may have gone bad so needs to be changed. -

the economical way is by upgrading the Engine Oil using high grade of Filters and coolant, changing spark plugs. -
