  1. Drdubai point sounds quite right, just like to add while at it get the drive shaft also checked as you mentioned that in one tire rotation click comes 2-3 times makes me more think on drive shaft rubbing with some wire or sensor somewhere down the under body.
  2. Its not the writing speed, but the firmware might be different. When you buy from dealer they will give you new maps compatible to your navigation unit (old) firmware. If you are techy or know some one techy then look into upgrading the firmware as well so that it can accept the new copied DVD. However upgrading firmware is one way process and might make your NAV unusable so consult someone who have done similar stuff in the past.
  3. How do i remove the hazard switch to change it?
