Reschedule Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring participants to reschedule their desert driving courses or private drives. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we have established the following rescheduling policy:

Notification Period: Participants must notify us of any rescheduling requests at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the course or drive.

Rescheduling Fee: A rescheduling fee will apply for any changes made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time. This fee covers administrative costs and the rearrangement of resources.

• Up to 2 days before the assigned schedule: No Additional charges to reschedule.
• Up to 1 day before the assigned schedule: 200 AED Additional charges to reschedule.
• Up to 12 hours before the assigned schedule: 400 AED Additional charges to reschedule.
• No show at the meeting point: 600 AED Additional charges to reschedule.
