  5. Hi Andrei, is the quick connect coupler installed on the FJ the same standard/style as the US ARB one? Japanese/EURO etc. have different depths or profiles that could result in poor attachment. If the adapter you have doesn't have the right spec then that could be the issue. But I'm just guessing as I haven't seen a close up what you got.
  6. Congrats of the promotion mate. Looking forward to following you into plenty of sketchy terrain in the future 😁

  10. Hey @ChrisW congratulations. Its always fun driving beside you.
  11. Congratulations @ChrisW for reaching the Expert Level with Carnity Offroad Club. Surely we have all noticed the quiet rise of a titan amongst us. Chris's background in Engineering, Aviation (and so many other lives already lived ), and his time spent in the dunes, resulted in an Expert off-roader who not only loves to coach and get Carnity offroaders surfing on the dunes, but loves to understand the nuts and bolts and intricacies of vehicles, performance, gps analysis and what not. Having said that, his calm demeanor, humility, fine sense of humor, wit, and sarcasm, makes for a fine fellow to spend an evening with around a campfire in the Arabian deserts! We are extremely proud having him amongst our mids and hope for many more seasons in the sand! EXPERT This level will be the most essential in your off-road development as you will start leading and managing drives independently with the support of other senior advisors. And also, you will help in developing new advisors to pass on the knowledge, experience, and skills for managing adventurous yet safer off-road drives. The expert level will offer you continuous improvement in your overall development by alternating between leading and supporting once in a while. This way, you will still learn and advance your knowledge by supporting other trip leads in different terrain to understand the complexity and challenges involved and practicing independent lead and convoy management. 14. Congratulations, @Andrew John Melvill, Expert Level promotion is absolutely deserved. Wishing you many more amazing drives, adventures, and achievements with the Carnity Offroad Club!
  15. Feeling truly blessed! What a journey it has been, from the masterclass with the legend Gaurav in Dec 2023, working through the ranks to IM level during 2024. Then slowly moving towards Advisor and today. There have been so many mentors and friends along the way that all made Carnity the very special club that it is. Too many to mention but I am sure that you know who you are! There is so much still to learn, experiences to be had.and shared with all of you.
  16. Hi All, has anyone came across a similar situation? I have a stock compressor on FJ and installed arb which died the other day. Always used arb and did not realize that stock output is male while the connector hose is also male(arb outpout socket is female). I got the adaptor but still cannot connect properly as it unclips or loose. Any ideas how to use the stock temporary or go straight to arb replacement? cheers
  17. Fantastic news, congratulations @Andrew John Melvill!! Well deserved and look forward to many more drives with you
