DRIVE DETAILS

Level:  Fewbie Plus and above (all levels)

Meeting time: 07:00 (SHARP - Without any exceptions)

Meeting Point https://maps.app.goo.gl/r5LPyKms6XuG5Un58

Type of Car: Any proper 4x4 with front and back tow hooks and 8-10 inches of ground clearance.

What to bring along: Loads of water, snacks (for yourself), smiles, face mask, rubber gloves, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Approximate finish time: 11:00 am

P.S. Only join if you have a compressor to inflate your tires after the drive.

 

LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE

  • This drive is limited to 10 cars only. RSVP will close on Friday- 12:00.
  • If the RSVP is full, you can add your name to the waitlist, once someone drops, you will be moved to the RSVP list.
  • RSVP will close a day prior to preparing a convoy list.
  • Latecomers will be returned back - Without any exceptions.
  • Members without RSVP will be returned back - Without any exceptions.
  • Please withdraw your RSVP, if you aren't joining, so your spot can be taken by others.
  • Repeated no-show members after RSVP will have their account suspended for a month

Good evening Gents!! looks like a nice long convoy to take through Sweihan tomorrow! really looking forward to it< should be fun! a long convoy brings its challenges but that's what makes it fun :)

We will be on channel 4 tomorrow try and reach by 6:50 but of course any issues just drop me a message 0528763370

Lots of learning - especially getting the hang of taller dunes and ridges - how to get on to them better.. reattempting and choosing lines based on momentum, and using a bit of steering left right to gain traction in heavily used tracks... 

And what lovely views...

Glad you enjoyed it mate and that’s what it’s all about, learning and understanding the sand your car and capabilities, I learn something new most times I go out and I love that about the dessert.
