Replacing pistons will improve oil consumption?

Will replacing the pistons solve the oil consumption issue in RAV4? My car has oil consumption issues. Somebody suggested me to get the pistons replaced, they will help in reducing the same. Is it true? Shall I go for it?

yes it does. Actualy the lining deign of the pistons has a great impact on the oil consumption. But to do that, you need to check int he car manual what lining system of pistons is psecified for your acr, and you can get it replaced if required.
