RPM goes slighly up?

when the car engine is on and not moving i think the RPM goes up slightly. How do i stop this RPM going up?

what you will need to do is change the idle air control valve that is located near the intake manifold/throttle body.

Is it that in summers the RPM is always slightly up then in winters.

No my car was not missing thankfully or else it would be finding a nail in hail stock
