Radiator change requirement

I need to change radiator in my 98 explorer, do i need to change the water pump and all radiator hoses too or just radiator change is fine to deal with over heating in desert issue?

If any leaks is there from hoses then change the hose, else no need. Water pump change is expensive as good as radiator cost, so chage radiator first and if still problem is same then go for water pump. You might save some bucks.
