Car Issue

I would like to know the issue in my Nissan Pathfinder SV 2014 model, after the power button is pressed the car starts and I hear three small ticks sound. If anyone has information then please let me know as to why the sound comes I have the video you can access it with the below link.

Can you post a clear picture of this, as the video is not clear?

Seems like some self-check noise, as it stops after 3 beeps meaning it's important but not critical.
