LC300 3.5L TT vs 4.0L NA

I hope you are well.

I am looking to buy a 2022-23 Land Cruiser here in Dubai, UAE. but I am a bit confused about which model and trim I should go for. (I am not looking to heavily off-road the car, maybe once or twice a year and very light terrains)

Here in Dubai, there is a 3.5L Twin Turbo and 4.0 naturally aspirated version in EXR, GXR and VXR trims. I am ideally looking at the VXR trim because of the interior screen, leather and ...

The 4.0L LC300 is much cheaper than the 3.5L TT (AED 240 and AED 310k respectively).

I was wondering if you could guide me is it worth it to:
1) Going for the 3.5L TT instead of the 4.0L?
2) Is the VXR trim worth it or are after-market parts (ie screens) that can enhance the interior at a much lower cost than opting for the VXR?
