Do we have a reliable dealer in UAE for Tires. 

I could not find any online who deals in Nittos. 

What is your best choice for tire brand with

Longevity
Road Noise
Off road performance
Aggressive Stance

Aggressive Stance + Road Noise + Bad fuel efficiency goes together with BFG, Cooper STT, Nitto Dune grapplers. They are good for wadi & mountain off-road but for sand they are very heavy to restrict your car climbing capabilities significantly for dunes. They usually weigh around 35-40 kg each tire. Any increase in rotational mass x 4 times will slow you down on sand dunes noticeable unless you go for power mods.

You should look for the lightest AT tires (18-20 kgs) for the best sand performance if you plan to enter sand, otherwise heavy is better for mountains.
