time required to change the head gasket

Recommended Posts

It will take atleast 2 days to fix and if its leaking from long time then dont waste money in head gasket better swap the engine as im more than sure when u open the head and send for lathe they will tell you that head is bend and cant be faced and hence you got to replace the engine head. Cost of head and whole engine must be close to each other depending on ur model of CR-V.

Good luck mate.
