I am worried that my Honda City is getting damaged pls help.

My 2002 Honda City makes a loud scratching noise when turning turning left or right.

i am scared that i am damaging my car and need help pls.

maybe some part of the break is rubbing against the wheel, it is very difficult to say as it needs to me checked physically i advise to to tow the car and get it checked by a good garage.
