Is It Safe To Drive Without a bolt in tires?

when changing a punctured tire i may have lost a bolt and getting the bolt i will have to drive without it( good thing that puncture was below my house) Is it safe to drive?

If one bolt is missing, no problem you can drive it safely and source the bolt. Its not a risk, but make sure that all other bolts are fully tight.
