how do i remove the front rotors of my 2000 Jeep Commander

this will be the first time i am changing the front rotors and need some help as i have got the calipers off but cannot get the rotors off and want to know how do i do that.

Just slides over the hub but if it is likely corroded at the center hub area so spray some penetrating oil like WD-40 in the area and get a very heavy hammer and strike the edge and it will break loose.
