my speedometer is faster the actual

my 2005 bmw m5 is going slower then what it is showing

the Speedometer reads 60kph, but actually it is 55KPH. there is no problem with the Tires as they are new & correct size. Rear gear stock.

Every car odometer has a little play but that is within 1 - 2 km at 100 kmph. Your is slightly more, I suggest check the OEM tyre specs and sizes once again. If not then odometer is faulty, very rare to see one going bad.
