clean fuel tank

i want to know if there is any way to clean the fuel tank if so can i please have the procedure and if i do it my self then how will the Professionals do it

Why would you want to clean fuel tank in first place if experiencig some fuel quality issue, change the fuel filter that is lot easy than cleaning tank. Its sealed from all sides and only drain bolt you can open to empy and then refill it and shake it and drain again.
