blocked water pump

my M35 is having a blocked water pump

do i have to change it or can i unblock it from a pro.

which is a faster option

Changing is the faster but expensive option and unfortunately ONLY option, as i have not seen anyone repairing water pump here in this part of the world.

Secondly i have not seen much water pump failing too. If you have got this advise from outside mechanic other then Arabian automobile guys, i must say then you need a second opinion too from an honest and qualified mechanic.
