squeaking and vibration from the steering

i have a 2003 M3 and after changing the all the belts that is the ac alternator and steering.i am getting a squeaking noise and vibration in the steering when i cold start the engine what to do now

If PSF is full, then next to doubt is pulley and tensioners on which belts is rotating. Check them for minutest play and you will find the fault by finding loose pulley or tensioner.
