Why i have service engine message after changing spark plugs

my beautiful Infiniti Qx56 is getting service engine message all the time after i have changed the spark plugs. it was not there before then why did the message come now?

the reason the spark plugs were changed is because they were due to change yes. the message must have been stored as it sensed the same. going to a good garage and removing the message is the only solution i can think foo

if you get a full inspection done then its going be very good for your car. so do that and you will know what other faults are there.
