headlamp power washer

i have a 2004 LR2 and my problem is very serious i.e. my one of the headlamp power washers is not working but liquid (presumably washer fluid) is dripping from the bottom of the bumper when the car is on. then what could be the issue

Check the hose behind the washer it might got disconnected and thats why motor is pumping fluid and its dripping from byumper instead of from wiper.

Or also try pinning the washer jet holes, they might be blocked. and due to back pressure its leaking from hose.
