handbreak wont work

recently got my car serviced at a local garage and after that my hand break wont get lifter which was working fine earlier. what could be the problem.

hand brake drum must have got something stuck or in lever. You acn lift he car and visually inspect the drum at rear close to center where wire is going. If its lever, better seek mechanic help.
