My Car's engine oil keeps getting impurities please help.

there is some impurities on the Engine Oil and so i drain the oil and refill it with fresh oil

but the same thing repeated.

How can i solve this.

couple of questions:

are you also changing the oil filter?

What are these impurities, it could well be water which means your head gasket is on the way out?

also which oil make and grade are you using?
