Silvera6 Posted April 6, 2012 Report Share Posted April 6, 2012 Greetings All, I have a Defender 90 TD5 which I laid my hands into several months back. It came with canvas cover which is OK during the cool months but in summer it heats pretty badly plus the noise is deffening when it drives at speeds more than 60km/h. I have been looking for ways to convert it as a station wagon a hardtop but I am reaching no where. I tried with the local dealer in Oman but they were not much help. I have a strong feeling that some garage in the UAE can do this job. If you people out there know or have any ideas for doing this or who can do it please let me know. They all are capable in assisting you in hard top conversion, pretty neat and experience guys. These boys (not man enough) made fb group and keep on wandering here to pretend to help ppl and sending invite emails . I guess that's why someone complain to admin and there PM got blocked..... Please be careful from these guys, bunch of time waster running pissing contest in name of LR fun. What so hush hush secret in sharing contacts or leads for workshop who can fix softop to hard top.
