why dose the car throw heat

just in few minutes the car starts to throw heat but like ive read the AC cooling dose not go down then what could this be?

Get the radiator (clutch fan) checked first, then doubt the radiator it might need little cleaning or better change it if its older than 5 years.

if the AC gas is leaking the cooling may go down and start throwing heat. it can also means that there is some radiator problem.

my car once did the same i changed and checked everything spending 2k and in the end all i had to do is change the thermostat and it was good to go.
