Massimo
Dear Forum I have no clue about engines.. and I didn't even try to look / understand what is happening in there - therefore my question Mid 2012 a workshop changed Rocker Cover Gaskets for 930 Dhs Now there is another Oil Leak and workshop want to replace 'Valley Gasket & Plenum Rubbers for 1,400 Dhs. Are the above things the same? Thanks for an answer Massimo
khalidh
Rocker cover gasket provides a oil-tight seal between the rocker cover and the cylinder head. And Valley gasket and plenum rubber is the intake plenum gasket. These two are different stuff, but for sure you are paying quite as much for these jobs. Worth taking second opinion from good LR shops like A2B garage in Al quoz area or Al Beaa in sharjah industrial area.
